If there is any way possible I can make it I'll be there but I doubt it.

Gnome - anyone is invited. You'll get to find out about some really cool climbs that you may not otherwise know.

If there is inertia in these gatherings - and I hope there is, perhaps next year we can everyone there. Piggot, Carmel, Off White.

Go climbing, get pictures, feel the stone and the sun and just hang out.

A reunion like that would be great.

Yah, with more advance planning I could make it a priority for next year, probably drag Steve Grossman down from Seattle. He's never been to Woodson, but all the pics are making him twitch. Climbing reunions are way better than high school reunions.

I can't organize my own sock drawer BVB.

This thing came up on the Woodson thread and was met with some enthusiasm.
http://www.supertopo.com/climbing/thread.html?topic_id=300496

Anybody who reads this post is invited; nothing to it so far besides an en masse swarm of the boulders.

I say those of us who want to meet up should be at the bottom of MT WOODSON at THE WARM UP BOULDERS:
10AM on Saturday the 28th of April.

Here's a list of people who've chimed in with some interest:

BVB
Salad (hosting the evening bbq)
L (maybe)
T*R (quite likely)
Matisse
Robs Muir
Dimes
Curt
F10 Climber F11 Drinker & his SD contacts, such as Adrian Almadovar, Tom Scott, Ron Amick
Eeeyonkee
BeeHay
Crimpie (unable to make it)(but highly interested)
Diablo (Jeff Almadovar)
Watusi (confirmed: couldn't do it without him -one of the original woodsonites)
Jeff Leads
RBolton & G_Gnome (absolutely)(but not on the same side of any particular boulder)
Scuffyb(will try)
Klimmer
Clustiere (maybe)
Mungeclimber (looking so, especially if Rubidoux is day 2 & Alaskan air is of any help)
Splater
Todd Gordon
Crotch (a firm maybe)
Raydog (was holding firm he's not going, but a must have for the list; just upgraded to 50/50, we need to worl on him)
Greg Epperson (???)
Levy
Mooser (sadly for us, not going but really wishes he was)
Tahoe climber
Guyman (likely)
James & Undisclosed Itinerant Strongman(it's looking like they might do it)
Todd Batey (will try)
Phantom X

Add your name to the list off attendants by posting here in this thread and show at will:
I'll HARVEST THE NAMES AND FATTEN THE LIST FOR FUN.
If it gets any more "organized" than this, lets use this thread as home base.

Calling any and all Supertopians!
What say you???

Cool diablo...

this year is too short notice for me.

I'm starting a list of core Woodson regulars and see if we can pull out all the stops next winter. We need to find out when it would be most convenient for the area demigods since it wouldn't be real w/ out 'em; Greg Cameron, Rick Piggot.

Also since Woodson has the best winter weather on earth it seems like that time of year is better.

get everyone together before we're all too old, ugly and/or dead.

uh, tar-daddy, i knew we needed a home base, that's what i called you out with this woodson-gobifest-clusterfuKK-reunion thread.

to get to the boulders you now park on the highway, drop down the embankment, catch a trail that gets you to the road and walk in from there. i suggest we meet 10ish at those chossy warm-up boulders that nobody climbs -- right by the big house, and just before the 2nd gate -- it's about 10 minutes of walking from the cars to that point.

i'll try to get a better description written up, or maybe a map.jpg.

Here's the Watusi's excellent drawing.
Maybe we (you BVB) can annotate it and repost it?
I can scan the original at higher res if you like.

Awesome, in that I am gonna miss the Sushi Fest this sounds like a good deal.

Bolton, don't tell Waugh, we don't really want to be shown up that badly! And I wear platform climbing shoes now so that I meet the minimum height requirement.
