It's been mostly good, but I have no praise for management killing this fine forum.
Yes! I've made lots of lifetime friend here, but really?? Why do they think they have to kill it?
For the most appropriate/typical last post, I nominate Apogee, who got the day wrong.
RJ clarified in another thread that the shutdown time is 12 pm (PST) tonight, Thursday, May 31.

Midnight is far too late for me, but before I go, I do want to point out that the Supertaco T-shirt Nature is wearing in those pictures at the top of this thread ain't just for show.
Took this shot of him while we were climbing at Index. He's pretending to be cool, but a couple of "moderate" climbs there gave him a pretty good workout.
That was a great few days, which we all celebrated in one of my favorite ST threads: "Nature visits the non-stop erotic cabaret".

i know, i got in there, a bit back...

(once, i had a website, for seizure awareness, and, suddenly these AWFUL spam adds came on... i could NOT get rid of them... i finally GAVE UP, the we site... for some reason, there was no way to stop them from jumping on at that site... it was 'build a free web site, at tripod' ...
be back, in a few minutes...

This is Kate (Holdplease2) remember signing on the first time with a land line like 15+ years ago. Will miss it here, and just want to thank the people who helped shape my life over years and taught me so much and have become such good friends. Be well, all.
