Long shot, I know, as almost nobody on this site lives near me. But, I’ve got a room to rent in my wicked sweet house in Warner NH. Pets are negotiable, no drugs. Private beach. Class 3 whitewater with a surf wave when the water is flowing. Decent climbing 10 minutes away, Rumney is 1 hour. Cannon is 1.5 hours. Cathedral is 2 hours. Long term, short term, doesn’t matter to me. I’m even open to it being a climbers gathering point, though the good climbing is an hour away. Just looking to fill some empty space. If anyone’s interested there are actually two empty bedrooms. I’ve posted on other sites, just figured I’d throw it out there on ST.

I will bump this having lived in NH and paddled the Warner many times. Its a pretty sweet location. The river is great!

You’ve paddled the Warner? Small world! My place is right at the put in at the bridge. Fun boating.
