I watched the 60 Minutes. She's very likable. Pretty. Engaging. Doesn't talk like your typically well-scripted politician. But then she started talking about 100% renewable energy in 12 years, how being "morally right" excused her ignorance and likening herself to Lincoln and Roosevelt.
She's a dingbat. Merely the distraction du jour.

Unless you're completely incapable of any sort of independent thought, you don't need to rely on any credibility of Fox; you simply need to perceive that:
1. Libs made a claim that conservatives were outraged by the AOR dancing video, and she herself repeated those claims, and
2. There's no evidence of that.
Not everything requires accepting credibility. Some things can be understood by using very simple reasoning.
AOR repeating the lie may show something about her fidelity to the truth, but it doesn't seem like that's even an issue, she basically admits to being an unrepentant bullshit artist. I assume she'll have a long and successful career as a populist / politician.

I certainly support some of her ideas about soaking the rich more, but she needs to be a bit more careful about keeping the facts straight.
I think Reilly’s observation above—about how we probably wouldn’t be talking about her if she wasn’t, um, telegenic—is uncomfortably true.

Palin makes AOC look like a genius. The OC probably actually knows how to read. That makes her a threat.
Maybe if the OC was more dour, paranoid and ignorant, the tRumptards could relate. Happily dancing in college clearly disqualifies her from the GOP doomsday cult.
Any true 'Merican patriot is stockpiling food and ammo in the bunker right now, 'cause clearly we are being overrun.
