Went to the City last weekend to meet old friends and put up a new route for which I'd recently been granted a permit. It was very windy and pretty cold, but we made the best of it and finished the route (Wind Dance 5.8, Upper Breadloaves). It snowed all the way down to the valley floor Saturday night, but it melted by noon. Spent a cold and windy Sunday hiking in the inner City and reminiscing about 35+ years of climbing there. A few hardy folks were still out there cranking.

You must be that Kevin -- he of many doable routes at the City. I've enjoyed a bunch of 'em, so thanks for putting 'em up and making 'em stick.
