one day maybe 6 or 7 years back I was talking to Kauk up in the Meadows. Ron said he had seen you and I said "how's Dave?".

Ron said "yesterday he biked to Lee Vining and back in the morning, then we went bouldering"

I figured you were doing well.

I have nothing to add. I keep coming back to your thread and continue to wonder about this statement you made in your opening post:

I've been holding on to so many things from the wreck and now I am free and I can let it go  . . . .

What would you say enabled you to let go?
