Interested in a free climbing rack, name your price. It may sit in a box. Feel free to contact me if you ever want it back, for the same price. Please forward all nylon, spectra, lycra, sparkly bits, etc. to Jezuz.

My wife doesn't climb. If I wanna stay married I best not climb either. Proceeds will be funding a goddamn minivan. That is not sarcasm.
have you considered not being married? also not sarcasm. not being married was the best course of action for me and my kids, and that was years before I started climbing.

i'm interested in
about 12-15' of cord 7mm(ish)
the 6 bd draws
a nut tool
5 dyneema slings
6 biners (rackpack style)

and the John Long anchor book for $100 shipped?

also, what are the rope options

I wish you well on your quest. I feel that the best thing any of us can do is choose what are ones priorities and commit and focus on them. For me, it was kids and building a business. That my wife didn't climb was on her, not on me. For me, kids came first, always, so climbing trips by necessity became shorter on a huge scale. Sometimes that might be a 1/2 bouldering sesh on my own after work. I was never able to stop cause I loved it too much. My rack and clothing was minimal (Goodwill wool pants and shirts for snow and ice for instance) as $ went to kids and priority things. There were times when the wife would suggest a climbing trip if she saw me in a funk. And it worked for us going on @38 years at this point.

Best of luck!

My wife doesn't climb either, but then again, a good wife wouldn't make her hubby give up on his hobby(s) completely.

Don't buy the f'ing minivan.

Gumby...
I have the 7mm cord (14ft). I believe the draws are spoken for. The nut tool I can definitely do, and a six pack or seven pack- which ones... ?

I have a hardly used 70m mammut 9.8 I think.
Slings... yes. 6 shoulder length, 2 double.
Pick your nut tool.
John Long book... don't you still have that? Lol

Lost your contact info. Email me.

Pins will come. Ended up rebuilding cylinders on an old Allis Chalmers today. Got more work tomorrow, but I promise I'll post some iron up here soon. Some of you who've requested that, I haven't fully responded yet cause I don't have all the particulars yet.
