NEW YORK — Charles Krauthammer, the Pulitzer Prize-winning columnist and pundit who helped shape and occasionally dissented from the conservative movement as he evolved from "Great Society" Democrat to Iraq War cheerleader to denouncer of Donald Trump, died Thursday.

As to Krauthammer... I enjoyed his commentaries, and especially that look of utter distain he would lay on various talk show panel idiots. I'll also miss his well thought out and thought provoking written columns. The smartest guy in the room just left. RIP to Charles.

It is true, that C Krauthammer was a great read - succinct- thought provoking & often wrong.
He was smart enough to no You do not support a ground war in Afghanistan. . . Syria or Iran.
Rest now, for a turn,
but If what wonder Braun believes is true, He did not do what he needed to, to return as a freebird. A smart, if doomed to suffer, soul.

I'm not a doctor, but I'd suggest cutting back by half whatever it is you use for rocket fuel these days... that or double the dose? Results may vary.

In that after 33+ years of road trips climbing out west, some one must have a picture of me climbing.
All of mine, the few that there were, have been lost.(longish story, moves, floods & friends basements & garages)

Well, T. yes. it certainly occurs to me that it might be seen by some as disrespectful. If that is so, my apologies to those dirt eaters. Ole Chucko' was part of the stupid ugly 'amercans' who stole world justice, ignored facts, historically held constants from the time of Alexander the great.

one of the only consistently right leaning opinion columnists who seemed to me to speak his own truth rather than just either a. talking points handed down from on high or b. transparent attempts at “spin”.
unfortunately the vast majority of “opinion” blasted by the major media [on both the right and left] is transparently one of the above.
ie. i didn’t mostly end up agreeing with him: but krauthammer regularly made me think... which is more important to me than being in agreeance.

I'm not sure that is possible with the Gnome. It is more like interacting with performance art than carrying on a conversation.
