The regulations are so extreme Ricky, Bubbles, and Julian should still be able to make rent on the backside.

Only government run stores, no edibles, no wax, no dabs, and limited availability on selection and the amount purchased. Sounds worst than the DMV taking over liquor stores in Utah. Good luck with that, the black market will still thrive with all of those rules.

Colorado is still the king for freedom loving tokers.

Here's the good part. Washington, Oregon, et al need to do this. You can make your own wine after all .....

The federal law would also allow for people to grow up to four plants at home for personal use. Two provinces, Quebec and Manitoba, have said they would outlaw home cultivation.
