Posted in Mtn Project, but can't hurt to post here.

Transitioning off from ice season so my skin is the whitest and softest you've ever seen and I can't crimp for sh#t, but am a quick follower/jugger if that's what you're into. Just want to get out on some rock and start getting those rock legs moving. I can take Friday off too to get an earlier start on the weekend if needed.

Usually lead in the 10-ish range, but since it's my first days out on rock, I won't sandbag myself, so gonna cap it at 5.8 moderate leading, but can follow whatever, even if it's just jugging behind your aid proj. Have gear/rope/lots of yummy snacks and stoke. Can't scare me with these colder temps :)

PS. I've full-time moved here fairly recently and am looking for some longer term partners for rad tradventures! Based in the Bay Area, but weekend warrior/remote work pretty hard. Am not afraid of long shitty approaches

Wow, deadzone here. Sigh, maybe I should start posting more trip reports again. If anyone wants to go get after some things this summer, let me know, I'll be climbing a bunch and prefer when there's another person on the opposite end of the rope most times.

Just saw this....did you find anybody to hook up with this weekend? Supertopo is kinda hit and miss for partners, but those I've climbed with have been stellar partners and have become good friends.

When it comes to finding partners, think of Mtnproject as Tinder and Supertopo more like eHarmony.

I always dig your posts....keep the TR's coming!

I’m very surprised if you didn’t find any partners- kind of a sad statement about how many people around here actually climb still. Maybe more accurately- lots of people on here are time limited for climbing, and have more potential partners than time?

I struck out a bunch trying to find last minute partners here, but the 4 most steady partners I’ve had in the last 13 years all came form contacts I made here. Hang in there and good luck.

One good trick if you are in SF Bay Area now- go to the climbing gyms and do the cracks, and talk to the other people who do them. More likely to be real climbers you would trust outside. (edit: typically weekend warriors rather than mid-week partners)
