DMT, just watch the first 3 minutes. That should convince you to either watch the whole thing or to do some research on your own (there's a lot out there).
5G is bad news.

That depends if it's configured that way in your wireless hardware.
5ghz is 10Mhz to 80mhz wide, some rare units will go 160mhz wide.
All bandwidth will be at a cost thru your hardware infrastructure.
The wider you go the less distance from the wireless source will be.
Everyone who knows this stuff is already moving from the 5ghz spectrum to 11ghz and 24ghz.
60ghz units have made their entry at 1 Gbit speed for a while now.
5ghz spectrum is mostly nowadays used by lay consumers who are pretty clueless about this technology ......
