Anyone that thinks Trump is comparable to any recent president of either party is in denial. The things we have heard Trump say or tweet are far more dishonest, sexist, racist, and he is actively trying to damage the publics trust in the media and law enforcement to cover up his own lies and corruption.
Sure most national dems and reps lie and abuse the system. But Trump has taken it to a whole other level.
Again, he could literally shoot someone in public and many people would still justify supporting him. You can't reason with that level of denial.

Stormy Daniels' attorney has been rebuked by New York Federal Judge Kimba Wood. She said Michael Avenatti must "stop his publicity tour", or withdraw himself from her courtroom.

A former stock broker who engaged in insider stock trading to achieve massive profits.
A governor of Illinois who was convicted of 18 counts of corruption, including trying to sell a Senate seat.
This Trump circus will go around and around and around, until Robert Mueller reaches his hand out, and grabs the brass ring.

At a hearing Wednesday in Manhattan, U.S. District Judge Kimba Wood said Avenatti’s public clashes with Trump’s longtime personal attorney and "fixer" Michael Cohen, whose business and finances are being investigated, could taint a jury if charges are ever filed.
"I can’t stop you, unless you’re participating in a matter before me," Wood said to Avenatti in the packed courtroom. But she added if he wants a seat at the courtroom table, he’d have to cut out the media appearances and stop talking about Cohen’s guilt.

The 71-year-old tweeted on Thursday afternoon that Bee was wrong to call the first daughter a “cunt.”

If you are referring to Clinton's behavior with Monica Lewinksi - while I think Clinton was sleazy - Ms. Lewinski was far from an innocent maiden. She authored an autobiography, and it details her earlier affair with a professor or maybe even someone higher up(I forget) at the college she attended. That man, too, was married. She also detailed some of her earlier acting out in sexual ways.
That's not to excuse Clinton, but really - your statement infers his behavior when it comes to extramarital sexual encounters is somehow something Trump can only aspire to.

She sold a tape recording of herself, ostensibly as a number of empowering suggestions for people engaged in business. She, like her father, said something to effect of:
If the person you are doing business with is mistaken about a certain detail of the deal, don't be afraid to just let them believe what they believe.
In other words, Ivankunt suggested that if one party to a deal is deceived or confused, the opposing party to the deal should remain silent, and benefit from the deception or confusion.
Ivankunt also forced a family-owned jewelry making business to sue her, twice, to obtain payment for goods that Ivankunt received, and then sold for a profit. After the courts ruled that she had to pay for the jewelry, her attorneys demanded that Ivankunt's AutoCAD drawings of the jewelry be returned before payment was made. Ivankunt then delayed and delayed making the required payment, claiming that the returned AutoCAD drawings were in some other, allegedly non-acceptable format (perhaps, AutoCAD 2000, vs. AutoCAD 2008). Eventually, the court ruled, again, that she had to pay for the goods that had been delivered.
Ivankunt perverted the legal system as a vexatious litigant in the hope that she could deplete her opponent's monetary resources, and cause them to abandon their just cause.
Ivankunt was also sued by an Italian shoe manufacturer for copyright infringement, after she blatantly copied a design, and sold it as her own.
Those are just two instances, that I know of, when Ivankunt was a kunt.

It's supposed to be used as a deterrent for illegal immigration...

Yeah, it's fun to have hissy fits about the Dumpster, but the real deal is the upcoming election. The Democratic leadership needs to understand they will NEVER convert Trump voters to their candidates; they need to pound the ground, get out the vote, and make this about something positive. Trying to draw Republicans over is a lost cause. Get out the youth vote, get out the woman's vote, get out the men's vote, get out the Hispanic vote, get out the black vote, drive people to the polls, just get out the damn votes. There are more Democrats than Republicans, use that fact.
Hit the universities and high schools and press on real issues that affect people. I remember being amazed and excited when Obama won his first term; America elected a black President and I couldn't believe it. This energy still exists, but it's simply up to a moribund, aged Democratic leadership to get off their fat ass and win the mid-terms; hopefully they are working a 50 state strategy, because it's possible. Start speaking up for god's sake, give us something.
