Christian/Hesch Monster: Now that we've got your name to go with your mug, it'll cost you double what it would have before... Double or nothing?
2 X 0 = 0. Ha Ha! Thanks for your input!

Thanks also to Tarbuster for your IDs and for posting Don's GREAT PIX!

Meanwhile, back to our sponsor, Bridwell's Memorial!

So much for the preliminary informalities; now on to the formal program, interspersed, of course, with more informalities...

In response to the open caption id: Lois Rice with the movie star shades. Lois spent winters skiing at Squaw Valley. Jim also. Hi Lois.

These photos are wonderful. People I read about in the mags in the 80's captured in today's times. Most of them I've never met, some I have. Definitely good to see all the smiling faces. I think Jim would say you folks have done him proud.

Now, about videos; last time I'll post on this but I'd love to see 'em as I was unable to attend.

A big thanks to all the organizers, and the photographers!

It was a beautiful tribute to Jim and a ton of fun to see so many old and new friends.

And the valley put on its best for the occasion.

I think it would be great fun to have a Memorial Celebration Party for all our friends that have passed into the Heavenlies. It's important to celebrate lives and all they have represented to the community.

Don’t know if I could emotionally survive that one Lynnie, but they would love the gathering for them!

Attending Jim’s memorial helped snap me out of a ten year bout of deep depression.
I had only “bouldered” with Jim a few times, but he was a huge influence in my life.
I saw many friends I had not seen since I left the Valley in 2001.
And I met a new friend that lives 40 miles from me today in Colorado.

I’d like to think we could have a get-together for the sake of fellowship of the tribe, without someone having to die.

Profound thanks to you, Ron.
I love you all.

Ron, yes I agree they would love a gathering with joy for them. And yes, Christian, we could have a get together for the sake of fellowship.

Let's keep the idea on the back burner. I'd love to make it happen if we have support.

Deleted my earlier post. It's a great idea. So many are gone; you have proposed a way to respect their passing.

Christian....is that you, who I met in Yeller Pines? Your last name slips my feeble mind, but I remember a good gent that drank...and left a lot of good beer.
Peace
