web cams is the easiest.
And I mean, you already have the forum, right? People can post up there and ask. Ton of Tahoe climbers on the forum already.
List is detailed, but seems tedious and will quickly be out of date, no?

Good idea, A crowd sourced system where people can update the conditions would be maintenance free. Sure, you can post a request on the forum but do you really want actual climbing content crowding out the politics :)

SO before heading out to a climbing area we should go on here and let everyone think that the conditions are super bad. . . so we can have it to ourselves?

Photographic images are the easiest. Someone goes to a climbing area, takes a few pics, and posts them on the site.

"Non-Climber" here, lol, but I could see a couple of webcams strategically placed at the Leap (East Wall, Main Wall) as useful. Particularly at times of the season or under circumstances like this.
They couldn't be that expensive to install and service?

i could imagine something similar to avalanche websites-- where, for different areas, people can post pictures of current conditions. Usefulness of data relies on community uploading photos/data.
I think that verbal descriptions are not super useful-- one persons "too cold" is another person's perfect sending conditions; a seeping crack that makes the climb "impossible" for one person can not matter at all to someone else.

Forum conditions thread tend to languish and ramble, and webcams are pretty involved. If someone had a subjective conditions thing of my local cliffs, I'd be stoked as f*#k.

I like it. A few suggestions:
1. Consider the sortability of the date format. Using yyyymmdd (20180221) sorts by time and anything that hasn't been surveyed this season drops to the bottom when sorting by date.
2. Consider asking other users to modify using a google form instead of full write access. You can keep formats consistent using drop-down menus and no one can accidentally delete everything.
3. Is it possible to archive old posts? Then someone planning a trip could see how an area usually is this time of year.

I like this post from Ney Grant, concerning Sugarloaf:

Simple spreadsheet seems plenty helpful.
Say, would 90 Foot Wall warrant an entry?
...................................................
#2
Of the WebCams that Splater offered links to upthread, this one seems the most relevant in terms of driving conditions:
http://skimountaineer.com/MtnWebCams/Donner-MtnWebCams.html?size=med
^^^ pretty much I 80 stuff.
Chris, I know you said you want to keep the functionality bare-bones,
But might you select a few relevant driving conditions WebCams and just paste the links in some extra rows on your spreadsheet?

And where is the general access point to this Tahoe Climbing Conditions resource?
I see you've provided the link to the spreadsheet here in this thread, are you thinking people will see the post in this thread and simply bookmark the page from the link?
Or is the link housed somewhere else on Supertopo?
For instance, should that link be accessible here:
http://www.supertopo.com/index.html
Or here:
http://www.supertopo.com/climbingareas.html
