No cliffs, but my property here on the oreogon coast does have some ideal spruce trees for setting up some lovely midline/highlines.
Here's a fun one, "hanging gardens", 120' long & 65' high.
No climbable rock in my immediate area but at least I have my own personal highline training ground!

Hi Munge,
In the photo, its deep in China, a stone pagoda, and two heavily carved architectural stone columns for...an entrance to hell?.

Our property outside Telluride is for sale! Not only is the climbing right there and we’re fifteen minutes to Telluride but we have the best natural spring in this part of the country with 8.5 c.f.s water rights!

Nice place. At 3.2 mil, probably out of reach for anyone that actually climbs rocks. Some retired tech millionaire or old money East coast family would buy it just for the views, I'm sure. Maybe see if the American Alpine Club would like to buy it convert it into a hut...

um?? not my circus I'm loath to add, but in all fairness
Welcome To The Taco Stand!
well nice to meet you Mr Sevelli,
ive known your name a long time.
You once had my resume.
Ill not mince words
A 3 bed 1 bath, on 2.3 acres ? \ please, . . . (you can shoot the messenger)
There is a formula, & ( i'm just guessing?) that the 1st respond'r
to you - "Fear", might be able to Qualify, but not when the appraisals come in

EDIT:
That is not the introduction that you deserve!
oh man, of course you would be watching. As I said,
welcome to this place.
where I'm a disreputable disgrace, due to posting drunkenly
&
being a proud Arse,
from all accounts I have ever heard,& specifically because of your location, I used to recommend you...
I am a head strong Climber from way back,

that said, I do know my Real Estate.
There is nothing wrong with your price, and I did not imply that there was. The Idea is to ask, so Yes, you have to try by asking.
There is a buyer out there, maybe one who can pay cash or half? to qualify
Also, I'm not saying that there is any price that would be right, it is a one of a kind, full of potential, they won't be making anymore like it.

Thanks, We're keeping the price high not only because there is nothing like this location anywhere that we have seen on this continent at least and our natural spring with the senior commercial and residential water rights are amazing.
Funny, that my first place to put this out was SUPERTOPO

No worries Gnome, a lot more history/knowledge goes into this evaluation than what Zillow put out. This is actually Teri writing but Antoine and I are both working on this together. Thanks for noticing it. Cheers

This one comes with a farm! Course farming does cut into yer free time.

Teri, great spot! Thx for sharing it here.
Wish I could buy it.
I think I have an old Ophir Wall guidebook I'm willing to trade you the house for it? :)

bought the crag, built the house.
I think Off White has the only true solution here.... Go find land that has rock that speaks to you in some way and build the house around, or on it.
Always dreamed of this, whether its a small lead/TR wall in the backyard, a really awesome all-sides boulder...
or the possibly the ultimate: building your house to incorporate the rock in the house in some way.
Buying a house really close to awesome climbing is cool, but misses the point here i think.
I wanna OWN my crag/boulder...
