Figured i'd post this here as well. MP's been pretty quiet.

Partner and I bailed off the standard route of West Pillar on Eichorns Pinnacle Saturday 7/8. Left a #4 Camalot on the flared 5.9 of the second pitch( proved to be too much for my novice offwidth leading) and lowered to the top of the first pitch. Fixed a 60m Petzl 9.2 to a piton(fixed), a stopper, and a .5 Camalot and lowered to the ground. If anyone plans on getting on this climb I'd be very stoked to get some of this gear back. Especially the rope. DM me for any more info.

Thanks and very much appreciated to anyone willing to help!

Why did you leave the rope? Why not double it and pull it??

There are a couple of pitches on that route that have more of a "valley" feel. Good try! Good luck getting your stuff back.

Batrock - first pitch was 165ft of offwidth and and we didn't have enough wide gear to build another rap anchor midway down it, so unfortunately we had to fix the rope to get off.

Maybe offer up some compensation, I.e. beer, to someone as an incentive.
