Hey! Looking for a user adjustable gear sling from the 80's or 90's. Bonus points for leopard print or anything that looks conventionally terrible. I know fish had some baller prints bitd.. Its a gift for a friend new to trad, we all need our own piece of when climbers actually looked cool you know?

Post whatcha got!

The fish can still make you one of those. Ask him nicely and he will break out the leopard print and black leather for it.

Go buy four feet of scratchy, braided hemp rope and tie a double fishermans in it. Boom. Done.

Or some suspenders.

I have some old 1" tubular webbing, tied with a ring bend (i.e., water know), that can double as a runner. Will that do? Will sell for dirt cheap!

Kinda generic, but BD still makes them:

Maybe you can sew something to customize it.

the custom threads on a sling typically did not have an adjustable buckle.

but that doesn't mean you can't customize one

These are sweet...

Light, low profile, doesn't absorb water or ice up, buckle and tail are out of the way and the gear hanging part of the sling is centered no matter what size you set it.

Check out this thread for exactly what you want. Except Bad didn't want the faux leopard like you do.
