The Mountain Ramble Brewery comes to mind...dog at the table outside OK? Any other spots? Going to be in the area mid to end of next week testing out the ankle in the snow and need a dinner spot or two where I can bring my dog in too.

Pretty sure you can have a dog at the outside tables. Burger Barn might allow also. Also, the best mexi and cheapest mexi in town is Jorge's Taqueria Mi Guadalajara cart which is across the street from Rite-Aid on Thu-Sun nights, pretty sure thats dog friendly as well. Have fun.

104* next week is going to be tough on any dog. In or out. Be careful.

I appreciate the reminder Capt. We are going to be spending most of our time exercising above 10k ft, but I'll have to keep an eye out. Can't really change the timing though. My daughter graduates from college this weekend and her open time slot is the time I mentioned. It seems as where we are heading should stay below 80.

Short Hairs are a great breed.
Your good outside at The Brewery. Just sit on an end table and he can be outside the "fence" while your eating.

Yeah, you'll be in a tough way at the brewery this coming week--and likely for the rest of the summer. The place faces west and BAKES. If you go after dark, it might be workable, but the pavement will burn paws for sure. I'd do take-out and go hang at the park or somewhere else more doggie friendly.

I don't know Bishop well enough for recommendation, but I was slightly shaken by Jim's post above ^^^^^^ and remember his comment last summer @ COR when he offered sodium pentothal for my team below.
All in jest, but do you have to be so Dimeani?

Base Cramp in Mammoth is dog friendly... They have a doggy litter box by the front entrance if your dog needs to drop one ..

Thanks for the responses. I'm starting to think Mammoth is the call. Hmmmmmm let's see here; 103 in Bishop vs 83 in Mammoth next Tuesday. And it is nice to get some sleep at night.
