Good to see you again old friend, it's been a while

Solid snowpack starting before 8,000'. Climbing ranger said he'd been up to the meadows last week and, "that's the most snow I've seen in my 30 years here." Expect an Alpine climb well into the summer season this year.

Good. The snow and ice will hold all the loose rock in place.

Merk....a lot of the exposed ridges will be free of snow. There will be lot's of snow on the approaches and great gilssading on the descents. The Black Ice Couloir will likely be a snow climb until later in the Summer.
The Moose Bar will have a better view than ever and the Mangy Moose will be a meat market as usual.
Enjoy!
