It's the trial run on rolling back regulations.

Take some personal responsibility. Get used to it.

Sue-ing is so libtard....can't you f*#king take care of yourself?

Man up. Be a real conservative.

Go to a doctor she might be able to tell you what's wrong with you.
Go to a lawyer to see if there is any money in taking a legal action against the offending Asshole ..

Your case is DOA under the legal theory of assumption of risk:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Assumption_of_risk

Assumption of risk is a defense in the law of torts, which bars or reduces a plaintiff's right to recovery against a negligent tortfeasor if the defendant can demonstrate that the plaintiff voluntarily and knowingly assumed the risks at issue inherent to the dangerous activity in which he was participating at the time of his or her injury.

Eating at KFC is more dangerous than rappelling, and should be avoided unless absolutely necessary

I'm overdue for my first scope. At KFC I like the extra crispy breast box meal for $5 with an unsweet ice tea.

LOL
Hope you are feeling better by now Jody.
But I am in agreement that eating spicy foods, especially from KFC, is accepting a known risk.
:)

Hope the ice cream and donuts worked. Where ever way you used them. Gnome had a great comment about sitting on the donuts and eating the ice cream, though. Had to laugh. Not to ignore your pain, but, ahem, this too shall pass...

Probably made with Jalapenos. I can't eat them any more either. Burns all the way through.

Somewhere around age 50 something changed in my body. Love jalapenos too.

Funny but cayanne and habenero doesn't do that to me. Results may vary.

I don't think you have a case.

It might be interesting to try a donut with a jalapeņo on top, see what happens.

When I climbed in El Potero Chico years ago I met a local named Pepe. As we sat on the porch eating little hot peppers washing them down with beer he said, "When i was a boy my grandfather told me, "Pepe, eat these peppers. They're good for your memory. Why, grandpa? I said. Why are they good for my memory?. Because, Pepe. Tomorrow, when you take a sh#t, you're going to remember!"
