If someone wants to check out a another new Bouldering area
You should check the Haystack Boulders

They are just a couple miles from Lone Pine

Just before Lone Pine, Take the 136 towards Keeler
go left on major dirt road after a couple miles then make a hard left turn at the next major intersection that goes back NW

Then take a right to go to the South East end of the Boulder strewn Mt. (The Hay Stack)
and take the road that goes around the base to the far East, park at end

There are some great problems at the end of the road very similar to Giant Rock, Landers or Hueco Tanks.

The place has huge potential with 100s of boulders

Post up if you go there

Munge posted a crazy photo with thousands of boulders from there a couple years ago.
I've seen them from the highway (SE of the lake) but it's been a while.
