Are you finally getting to the conclusion that not every new poster is Suprema, Dwain? Hope you're feeling better, dude. If you're looking to climb, it must be better. Cheers. Sorry for the thread drift.

I would like to go Colorado as well, but this project first :) This was my big dream and seems it would be wonderful:)
Cosmic never said anything wrong about me, he was the one who explained a lot about the background of this Forum, as a new poster had no clue about a lot of things. Without his care I would be alone and lost, I think :)
I just repat, PM doesn't work, so if you sent me I didn't get it unfortunatelly.

If you do Commitment to Selaginella, and you are comfortable with some exposure and wandering to find the start of climbs, it is a logical continuation to do Via Aqua. Another few pitches of 5.7ish climbing in an amazing position, that reaches the rim of the valley near the top of Upper Yosemite Falls. The exposure to get to the start of Via Aqua is pretty wild though.

Hello my ST friends an not (yet) friends :)
I will arrive at the Valley on 25. Sept, will stay Camp 4. during Facelift. I will leave 6. Oct. I have some great offer by now, I am very excited. Though still have free time. Anybody wants to see me, climb with me, working with me during Facelift I will be there :)
Thank you all the support, advice I had, my dream comes true :)

In lieu of a simple "bump," I'd like to let those potential climbing partners for Vica on this forum know that she is VERY competent and composed on the rock. I had the opportunity to meet this fine lady in Cortina about a week ago and subsequently go up to Cinque Torri to do some climbing. I was suffering the effects of Salmonella food poisoning after effects (chills & fever) so became a spectator to Vica and her partner for the trip, Kristoff. She was easily climbing at the 5.7-5.9 level on some sport climbs on Torre Latina, and will have no trouble following, or even leading, on most of the routes proposed for her. I hope to make the trip to Yos around the 28th and get some climbing, as well. I'm currently in Wolkenstein/Selva--just watching all the snow melt from the latest storm, and waiting for the rain to begin again today. :(

I applaud your courage and adventurous self to go to a foreign land with such open plans. I'd like to join in the adventure and climb a few routes with you. You can reach me at [myNickname]@gmail.com.
To round out your trip experience, you should consider spending a little time in nearby Tuolumne Valley and the high Sierra Nevada. Also, unless you really want to bring your own climbing gear, I suggest you only bring your personnel gear and use your partner's team gear. You shouldn't climb with someone who doesn't have a full arsenal of the necessary climbing gear.
There's mention upthread of your climbing abilities for sport climbing. Keep in mind Yosemite is primarily multi-pitch trad climbing. Are you comfortable with multi-pitch trad? I may be asking this more for your partner's sake.

Vica...with so little time it's probably best to stick to the Valley. The Meadows are more of the "summer default" area when it's too hot in the Valley.

OnsightOrGoHome: I am used to climbing multi pitch routes as well. Hungary is a flat country so we have mostly one pitch routes, but all around us there are very nice rocks, with multi pitch routes. What i havent done is sleeping in the wall. Did the route, but came back for the evening. So it is not a problem at all. When I opened this post I wasnt so familiar all the types of climbing, I mean the words, what they cover, which category is exactly I could do, or describe what i do.
I would like to climb everywhere what you recommended, though I think Donini is right and this time is very short for moving around. I would like to go back every year, and climb as much as I can, of course partner needed :)Maybe next year. I am also open if sy wants to climb in Europe,I am pleased to climb here as well. There are bucket list's place here as well :)I will send PM to your email soon!
And yes, I realised unless i dont dress up my climbing gears wearing them as accessories (very fancy, uh? imagine me at the security!) specially the rope as a necklace i cant bring just my personal gears. So I have to trust/use my future partner gears.
Donini, I found you on Facebook, check my request :)

I sent mail both to you, donini and OnsightOrGoHome. Did you receive it?
OnsightOrGoHome: I am just not sure the email address is correct, I used your nickname as it is written with capital letters in it.
