anyone know how the ice is looking in tahoe? donner? rainbow? eagle lake?

tons of ice above the carson spur, but don't know if you're "allowed" to climb there above Highway 88.

^ being above the road on the spur should be fine, as long as its not snowing and/or they need to do avalanche control.
