This little film is so good. I will post the video Supertopo style, and also a straight link, so you can go to YouTube and watch it full screen, it's worth it.

Beautiful filming, straightforward, not overblown. It's got Johnny Dawes in it, and Zappa in the soundtrack!! Money!!

What a route, impressive repeat. Don't know the respective attempt #s for each vid, but watching Pearson, you get a real appreciation for the power and precision of Dawes' climbing BITD.

The way Johnny climbs it in Stone Monkeys, with such power, is really remarkable.

Watching James, and his struggle, makes me appreciate Johnny that much more.

yeah! one of the sweetest vids i've seen in a while...

a bit of contextual history, a bit of more recent climbing history, and some sweet contemporary videography...
