Nothing practical yet.
Designs with wings need a runway. Might as well just have a plane.
I bet in the next decade there will be a drone (consumer) inspired flying car.
4-6 rotors, for VTOL, computer controlled so easy to fly like a consumer drone.
Possibly all electric with new battery technology, to save weight.
Once one can be made for under $100K they will start to take off (haha pun wasn't inteneded). Then we'll get competitors who make them for less than half that.

I watched the Moller skycar co waste millions in grant money from investors and taxpayers. They had a facillity in Davis. They never made any cars that flew but paid themselves alot of money. Typical dreamer fantasy driven financial ripoff!
