I hope your NIMBY sentiment repays you deservedly

;>)

When everyone can grow a certain amount of pot at home, the pros move into the neighborhood, buy houses, then hope to get lost in the crowd. It's their neighbors who complain about odors, mold growing on exterior walls, fancy electrical apparatus, etc. who alert the cops. You'll see.

jgill,
I'm sorry to hear you've had unpleasant experiences with (state-law) legal weed in Colorado. That hasn't been my experience of the experience of anyone I know in Boulder or Denver, but what can you say, we all have our own experiences.

To the OP

Looks like you're well on your way to becoming a stoner.

As far as the next day, I've never had a "stone over" but my friends have that don't puff as much. THC is my blood type though.

You come across as a little on the paranoid side...

also a bit of a "Conspiracy theorist" type...

Just now seeing this. Hahaha, so its now a conspiracy to point out the obvious conflicts arising from something that is legal at the state level yet remains illegal at the Federal level?

Which, despite the ignorance of some of the retards on here, is EXACTLY what has happened in the case of several different states gun control legislation (or lack thereof). Particularly around NFA items.

But I assure you, its not paranoia but rather fact that even in states where its made legal, you smoke at the convenience of federal agents who have bigger fish to fry......at the moment.

Your "at the moment" is going back to that paranoia I was mentioning...

So its paranoid to think that the federal government might enforce one of their laws? They enforce their laws all the time, why is it paranoid to think they might enforce that one?

Actually there might be some upside to the Feds trying to prosecute millions of every day users.

Like a backlash that would finally get Federal law changed.

Pueblo West is a prairie community of about 35,000, ten miles from Pueblo. I live in the western part, where lots are typically 2.5 acres, so the homes are scattered and many of us don't socialize with our neighbors, although we are friendly and supportive when required. So it's easier for the illegal outfits to buy a house, move in and convert it to production of weed for export outside the state. Nobody pays much attention until what they are doing becomes obvious. Then the LE teams come in and arrest a few, perhaps, and turn the others out . . . and for the growers the process is profitable since house prices here in PW are I would guess one half of what they are in your neck of the woods. So, losing a house that cost $160K and is being purchased possibly through a mortgage after running the illegal business is a big financial positive. There has been virtually no violence associated with the growers or the LE agents.

Is the first time to get super high hard to replicate! I've smoked a little bit more than the first night each night and I don't get the same psychadelic feeling as the first.
