So, Ghost, The Nephew got 5 lbs of buds which dried out to 1.5 lbs, enough he says for 40 gallons? Whoa! Might be time to visit him again in a couple months!

Excuse the plastic, I brought it (the KBS) over to a friends house so we could share. This is probably the best beer in the world at this moment:

Just got home after four days in the land of sh#t beer and sh#t coffee and am enjoying one of my own IPA's before bed, and looking forward to real coffee in the morning.

^^^^^ Hoyne Brewing appears to be in Victoria, BC. Not far from where we'll be living next year. Here's what they say about their Dark Matter IPA:

DARK MATTER
Deep inside the Hadron Collider physicists hurtle sub-atomic particles with lightning speed on a collision course with each other. They do so in the pursuit of pure science, in the hope of one day being able to unlock the mystery of the elusive unseen fabric upon which our universe is embroidered: Dark Matter.

If you're in the neighborhood, say coming back from a day of climbing at The Needles and such, here's the place to be to enjoy good times and some great craft brews from over 25 brewers in and around the state of California. Hope to see some of you there!

I had a and a .

The latter is rather dull. (I think, there are those who love it).

Then I had a glass of Oregonian zinfadel, Ghost Pines. Is it ok to mention wines in this thread?

The young generation of executives is rather weak. :-) Simply because they only got half a night's sleep before today's work and the dinner we just had, they went to bed, and it's only 9 o'clock! I could be their bloody mother considering age, and I'm the one still unaffected and totally awake. On the other hand, maybe they just wanted a moment off without the boss being around... :-)
I'm rather proud of them. We're a solely female team of executives in a traditionally male oriented field, and we do utterly well. I have great hopes for them.

Kris, do as I did. :-D
Start smoking again and stop eating. 19 pounds gone extremely fast. But alas, you have to lay off the beer too while you do it... it's liquid bread.

Start smoking again and stop eating...

How am I supposed to do that?

Oh, you must be talking about tobacco.
