it's funny to click the link and the front page is all about toasters, shredders and home appliances.

so do you guys just order everything off Amazon or do you go to a brick and morter?

I noticed some major players missing in your shredder review.

Also, compare apples to apples. To throw in two ink printers against small office lasers doesn't make sense unless they are the ink printers that are meant to compete against that class of small office lasers. (edit: which they were not)

Have more brands. When you test a bunch of anything from one company you begin to compare items that are not intended for the same usage/user.

Again, apples to apples.

Cmac don't owe us sh#t. We owe him for providing 16+ years of this cool free forum and free topos and stuff.

If you don't like it, delete your history and clear his server space for someone who appreciates the service.

Otherwise, hit his site and buy from the links, also buy his books. He deserves a living just like you.

But, yes, it would be great if the email system on Supertopo worked. Might have been quietly unplugged due to abuse. (guessing)

Tech gear lab is interesting. Good idea.

Critique - Coffee grinders: Burr or not? This is critical? What kind of coffee tasted better? Saw that some said you used a French press but that is strictly ghetto to us coffee snobs. How much crema was produced? Espresso with a full head of crema is the only measure of a grinder but you need a good espresso machine too. Did they test Turkish coffee grind? That would be important.

The manufacturers will love this site if you can get the traffic high enough. That is what really counts. At some point, to grow up, you might consider hiring actual critics with by-lines and all like the Huffington Post.

You could get this upgrade into Gear Lab first since critics are less expensive in that field.

The p-nut gallery arguing with famous climbers would be great. Get Largo and Medusa and Walling and such arguing over who has the best stoppers and why. Controversy drives hits and attention.

Tips from a marketing guy.

Any bugz? We are sorta doing our official launch today.

Other feedback is fine, but I titled this "Who wants to be a TechGearLab beta tester?" because at this point, that is where 100% of our energy is. Getting the site bug free.

If you come across any bugs, please post up!

Hopefully all these cool new reviews will link to the climbers forum front page as they are released.
