This is a completely sad situation. Sorry for the loss of your friend and one of our tribe. Please ask elected officials, sheriffs, law officials, DA's etc. what they will do about real drug rehabilitation compared to a "lock 'em up, throw away the key, let them wash it out" etc. mentality. Drug abuse is a medical issue, not a criminal issue.

Stunned, only knew of him through mutual friends. All I can say is condolences, I'm sorry for his and Tanners and several other friends. Be strong and careful out there!

I'm really sorry - that's tough. IMHO, our brains work the way the work, it's hard to protect ourselves against that. But we can forgive him, and ourselves, for it. I'll bet he was glad that you were his friend.

I read an interview by the police chief in Sheridan in which he said they have at least one incident a month in that small town of some who is drunk wandering into the wrong house after 2 am when the bars close.
