if hillary is so guilty, why was she not ever found guilty? do you lack faith in our processes? do you really believe they will be better under trump? the flaws in our justice system which you are insinuating are much more serious then anything hillary has done.

Yes, I do, regarding that particular process, when it's Obama's JD that would not have brought charges regardless of what the FBI recommended. And Comey's not going to commit professional (or literal) suicide in a Quixotic exercise in futility, which is why his reasoning was so transparently fallacious.
All I ask is that you look at the relevant statutes and show me ONE reference to "intent" in ANY of them.
Do that, and I'll talk more with you after this post. You won't because you can't. So I won't after this post.
Let's turn this on its head. Let's say that the FBI was operating under a Republican administration, and, surprise, surprise, that JD went for indictments (based on the exact same evidence that's been in front of us). Would YOU have faith in THAT process?
If you think that this whole thing hasn't been politicized, then you are no objective thinker.
So, indictments or the lack thereof isn't the issue. The issue is to simply (and it really IS simple) compare the behaviors she has ADMITTED TO with the text of the statutes.
Anyway, the point is moot. American clearly isn't buying the polished turd.

Florida's been called for Trump.
Hillary can lose FL & OH, but if she loses in any of the usually solidly blue midwest states (i.e. MI & WI), she's sunk.
And she's shaky in both of those states.
