Nobody in the Clinton campaign is claiming that Clinton is a tax "genius"
(zzzzz) * (zzzzzz)
The important thing is that he is not any kind of a genius and is a demonstrable failure as a "businessman".
A rich spoiled brat. Hopefully he'll be retiring to Idaho, which his campaign genius understudys (like the ones who bought his real estate 'course') are now saying is the "center of the universe".

More baloney from John Pilger, the buffoon from down under.
Yeah, Trump's a peace loving "maverick" and Obama, Hillary and Bernie are war mongers. The guy's a meathead.
Meathead or not, he does raise an interesting point about Obama's broken pledge on nuclear weapons.
"We're gonna get rid of nuclear weapons... except ours... in strategic locations around the World. We're gonna replace those with new state-of-the-art nuclear weapons."
"But it's okay. We're the good guys." (wink, wink, nudge, nudge)

How Donald Trump Turned the Tax Code Into a Giant Tax Shelter
Someone needs to ask Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and Barack Obama why they didn't take these loopholes out of the US Tax code when they had full control of the Federal Government!
I bet Trump is the person whom sent that 1995 tax return to NY times..

Sigh.....with the exception of good Friends, head-high Zeros and overhead Mandalay Bay are about the only two things I miss about California.
EDIT: Cosmic, don't you know......pronghorn meat is awful......
I should probably just throw this out then from yesterday.....

"since Trump knows how to cheat the tax code"
At this point, probably more accurate to say "take advantage of" rather than cheat.
Why would anyone (or at least their tax people) do anything else?
The problem is not Trump taking advantage, its the process by which the tax code evolved.
To me the most interesting thing is that this gives us a rare window into the fact, as I've been saying here for years, that our tax system is not even close to progressive. Taken as a whole our total tax system is, at absolute best, mildly regressive. But in reality its probably sharply regressive.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, Rudy "Pole Smoker" Guliani touts Trump as a genius and better for the White House than a "woman". He's gonna have to get his foot out of his mouth before he can get Trump's dick back in it....

Re your post:
Idaho has some good stuff, but seems like a haven for social drop outs. Or, should I say "rejects"?
Ron's nephews ain't gunna like you saying stuff like that.

Donald Trump doesn't handle his own taxes; he pays people to do it. This is completely normal, of course, for most anyone with more than a small business.
I wonder is who those tax people are and what hell it has been for them to sort through and organize the numbers. And, considering that Trump(the company) is so well known for backing out on paying contractors, imagine what the losses would have been if they HAD paid what was due!

They never did--and it's terribly difficult to work with these assclowns.
True. But then again I don't remember the Democrats doing a political theater "sit-in" to protest the Republicans unwillingness to change the tax code either.
Huh, wonder why that is?

Looks like the beginning of the end for Trump's fraudulent "charity."
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The New York attorney general has served the Trump Foundation with a cease and desist order that requires it to stop fundraising in New York, alleging it is not properly registered in the state.
"The failure immediately to discontinue solicitation and to file information and reports ... with the Charities Bureau shall be deemed to be a continuing fraud upon the people of the state of New York," according to a letter dated Sept. 30 that the attorney general's office posted online.

I am interested to listen to the VP debates tomorrow evening. It will surely be much less entertaining than the Trump debacle, but at least we might get some useful information from the GOP out of it.
And, it is important to understand what sort of man Pence is, since he would be the grunt doing all the president work, in the unfortunate event that Trump does get elected. For all we know, THAT might be the plan. Trump the Entertainer gets all the racist/misogynists to go out and vote, and then after the election has to step aside because, well because Trump. Pence, who would not have been able to beat Clinton on his own accord becomes POTUS.

You know.... if you didn't always post "good reads" from ultra-leftwing sources, people might actually read them.

Based on the latest FiveThirtyEight polls, it looks like Hillary is unstoppable.
Unless there's a game-changing October surprise... which I doubt.

Despite my boycott I fear that I've spent as much as 24 minutes on this 2 year cycle. I don't much go for political theater.
