if i thought supertaco was a good indicator of the greater democrat populace i'd start making long odds bets now, that trump is going to be in for the full eight years.
edit to add: i'd also be super pumped if i was a scumbag capitalist [and for the black and white thinkers: no, not all capitalists are scumbags just as all scumbags are not capitalists]...
nothing could be better for scumbag skimming businesses than having the people split into two halves fighting amongst themselves... one side calling everyone on the other side racists and sexists and the other half returning the call with "you all are a bunch of sjws and communists"...
ie. if i was looking to invest right now i'd be investing in the following:
Lockheed Martin
Boeing
BAE Systems
Raytheon
General Dynamics
Northrop Grumman
and maybe a little
Halliburton
and Academi [formerly known as blackwater]
for old times sake...
there can be nothing better for big fat juicily padded defence contracts than to have the plebeian populace split into two, blaming each other for the world we occupy...
seeing how all of this is and has been unfolding [and not just on the taco] is like looking into a dog fighting arena...
but instead of seeing hundreds of on lookers betting on two dogs, all i'm seeing are two bettters being entertained by a hundred emotionally and/or physically starving dogs fighting amongst themselves.

Who will then pay more in taxes than when they were unemployed and the deficit can be reduced.

Maybe the democratic party, and people like yourself, should look at statements like this and realize they are a big reason why you lost this very important election and now Trump is going to be our President. (You can say "not my president" but that doesn't make it so.)

As long as we're guessing here, my vote is that a very high percentage of Trump voters voted their pie-in-the-sky pocketbooks (promises, promises). Money for nothing, conscience (free)?
Ask them in 3 1/2 - 4 years if they are better off.

Escopeta ~ have you thought about what it'd be like to walk the middle road between the polarising democrat and repub protesters? It could be higher ground.
As it turns out, I'm occupying high ground as we speak, its much easier to snipe the Statist Liberal Left and the Big Government Republicrats.
You see, I don't think the government owes any of us healthcare, education, a living wage or a house. Nor do I think the government should be telling us which bathroom to use, what entity I can legally marry and I sure as f*#k don't think it should be deciding whether a porn star is required to wear a jimmy hat.
For the record, I don't think the government should decide the status of womans hoohah, or the manner in which I prefer to defend myself and my family.
I'm also of the opinion that the minute the government makes a law to allow or disallow something, even if you happen to agree with it, you have just made your cage a little smaller without even knowing it.
So, yeah, watching the two parties f*#k a football is certainly feeling like higher ground.

As long as the government spends a huge amount of the tax revenue on guaranteeing [through the defense budget] that a bunch of peter pans can live out the illusion that they are protecting themselves with their popguns and peashooters.

Very Very true. That's why I'm pointing out that you have to be careful lumping people together into a "basket of deplorables" or saying you are all "idiots". It's not true, it's divisive, and it's bigoted. The very things you are so concerned about. And it helped to get F'ing Donald Trump into the white house.
