I've come across this article by Doug Robinson on Chuck Pratt while trying to dig up information on Gaston Rebufferat.

I was searching for RR and cross-pressure.

Anyhow, coming out of the article (which is definitely first-rate, Doug), I decided to bump it but then found it's not really doable.

And then I wondered, "WHAT WOULD HAPPEN if one were to use the URL in a thread topic?"

How would the computer treat that?

Would the wrath of God (if there is one, let's not get side-tracked here) descend?

(I'm sort of afraid to hit 'Post this Topic' but here goes nothing.)

Fingers crossed...

NO! Wait...

Just in case, here's that link again.

Well, that's a little dramatic, but my first-glance impression was that it was a spammer thread. Had to look twice to get it. Not sure what the purpose would be in posting it this way.

In answer to Apo's Q--

The purpose is simple curiosity.

The resulting drama is exciting, if a bit over the top, but it's STyle, otay?

It's not as dramatic, say, as having no pro for a long ways off the deck, which was Chook's Style before there was STyle.
