Healyje, ah yes, the blue dots!,

DMT,
NJ ? You can write off the majority of the state. Governor Fartophattso, reduced school funding, cbscicated his duties trying to be the Vice Criminal & thief, while letting the cops take control of the ' powder' industries. Then asked for federal funds to ' fight the opiod epidemic.
To help fund private, for pay, (very high pay) re-ha-ha b spas.
Google Fair Oaks rehab. Center.
I've given up on big plans to return to the - Hibernea /Marcella area.
but know the Califon/Highbridge ( port jervis ) area has come up
Hackettstown, the Rt80 corridor? Byram, ? Long Valley ? Schooly's Mountain?

Not, The Parker Road Chester area Bud Lake, nor Lake Hopactong.
Unless. . You like Libby M. ?

The Stanhope House was a big part of my life once upon a time.

Still for the mountains, and rivers, ~ Libby Montana. . . '
There are jobs from science & health care to teaching and child care,
& the infrastructure is under government over site to upgrade as well as corporate sponsorship/court orderd support.

Topaz CA 96113 Population 50 souls. There is alot of granite outcrops a few hundred feet above/ surrounding the town, and more unknown granite formations higher above, Passing thru there on 395 you see alot of real estate signs. The granite is probably shitty, but who cares.

Jaybro: Cisco Utah is just waiting to happen, but I'm an advocate of Strevell Utah, the gateway to City of Rocks, as a Sleeper Town with nearly unlimited potential.

Cisco, Utah. Close to the freeway and Castle Valley. Likely to be very cheap real estate.

Agreed about Cisco.
Great Post Office and a wonderful boat put in.
The rafting from Cisco to Dewey Bridge or Hittle Bottom is great!

Down to 3 weeks left in escrow...and no place to live as of yet.

Central O has a severe rental shortage so prices are high and units go fast. We tried to get a 3 month lease and we're told "that ain't gonna happen. We list a 12 month rental and receive 25 applications the same day".

So we are looking at reserving a campsite for a couple of weeks, building a tent city so we can live there, my wife can work while there and check into a hotel once in a while for showers and recharging her work laptop, etc...all with a cat and a dog...while I look for work and a home to buy.

Trying to get our new-to-us house bought and close escrow on it before Aug. In Aug there will be no hotels or campsites avail during the solar eclipse.

Ciao ciao

I just went through a similar thing. The supertacoans and some friends all chipped in to help me out. I went on a road trip to explore possibilities and settled on missoula. Not sure what your looking for in a town, but id suggest going for a drive. It cleared it up for me rlatively quick.

Fyi: i just moved away from the bend, redmond, terrebonne area.

Hailey is "little California" ...F*#k that place. We hope it burns. Hawley is unincorporated. It's near the Hawley Mountains...East side of The Little Lost or Pahsimeroi Valley.
Between the Lost River Mountains and the Lemhi.
