Funny how death is the natural state of inorganic matter yet we so rare organisms fear the thought of existing as such. Luckily we will have plenty of time to go through the organic stages of worm food, bug food, and bacteria food before we are completely digested and dispersed to the inorganic matter stage of existence.
Oh, were discussing fear of our spiritual death, matters of the ethereal?
Ethereal, it's what's for breakfast. Cremation viking style, now that's a classy way to go.
Is there a website yet, www.vikingfuneral.org?
Yes there is, I just googled it. Don't bother it has nothing to do with viking funerals, just some photo blog thing.

Hey, Moose, that's some tough sledding. Hang in there.
@Tad: I'm with you. One thing about chemo: It is, literally, almost always worse than a waste of time, as in it doesn't do ANY good for about 97% of cancers. It only succeeds in enriching the doctors/hospitals and making the patient suffer. Only a handful of cancers respond to it. If I get the Big C, you can bet I'll do my homework on treatments. Most doctors don't go for the big end-of-life heroics, btw. Something worth considering.
Contemplate death? Sure, but I'm going climbing this weekend. That's the life!
