Much as I don't like poo bags like that stinking up my trash can, I think I'd ever-so-slightly prefer that, to seeing them laying along the trails for days.

Yeah. There is one road/walkway in and out of Monrovia Canyon Park. People (I hate) will pick up their dog's crap, so as to be seen behaving well, and leave the bag there as if they will pick it up on the way out. Then they walk right by on the way out.
All this when there' a trash can just up the road.
Let's not make this a hate on dogs thread though. I love my dog, and I clean up his poo.

My bro-in-law worked in Ethiopia for a while. Apparently Ethiopians believe they’re always followed by their bad spirit. To wit, they are much given to darting out in front of cars trying to cut it as closely as possible so that the bad spirit gets it. Andrew sad it was horrible driving there as their timing is very poor. And even worse they tried it on some remote runways he would land on! 😳
