You all need to get together with Elon Musk to develop the gear they will need on mars, -100 deg temp, high uv radiation, oxygen rebreather and and a fabric that cant be punctured by crampons or ice mining axes. Test it out on Everest climbers.

That link wont work for me Deucey. Did you do a recent interview or is this one from the early cretacious?

Pritch, looks like the site is no longer. A shame, Vera Kaikobad had a knack for good interviews with a lot of climbers and adventurers. But check out the archive:

thanks john
after reading your credits,
i enjoy a charge of confidence.

just now, for example i was
standing in the kitchen, and mom was bent down
navigating the lower reaches of the fridge,
and annapurna was stirring oatmeal on the stove.

there was a wee space between them
and i needed to get to the recycle bin
with my cashed yougurt container.

i hesitated, then thought of you,
and i went for it. i shot through
the gap like an F1 pilot.

on my left icy wind and mom's fanny,
on the right, firey blasts and annapurna's
sharp elbows.

i made it through cleanly through.

but i'm only a cartoon character and
i find my adventures in ficticious haunts;
where you're real and you push
and shove an incredible line up a beautiful
mountain with a hero-partner.

you'd make a great cartoon character though.
do you mind if i think of you in terms
of dough and ink? sometimes-punk.

cheers, sir.
