Ouch. Bring back Tobin. Anyway, I read an interesting stat that surprised me yesterday. 7 Teenagers die every day and 70 more are so screwed up they are in the hospital. EVERY. FRIKKAN. DAY (working the averages here, the true stat is 292,000 injured and 2663 dead annually, even Philo can do the math).
Car accidents.
Here's the interesting stat about the interesting stat: 55% are not wearing their safety belts. And another interesting stat about the interesting stat" 37% were speeding and 25% were drinking alcohol. Do their parents not tell them about this? Do the schools not discuss this? Are their just that many frikkan idiots out there? And they don't just do themselves in, they are taking out others,
We need a law. "No one can drive without wearing a safety belt". And another: "No one can drink and drive". And another: Speeding should be against the law. Especially if you're a little snot nose. A law I say. 3 laws or more. More laws, we need to stop this senseless violence.

Any person who is not developmentally disabled, but rather has what is considered normal cognitive faculties but for whatever reason has opted out of using it. Whereas mental retardation is genetic in nature, this form of behavior is environmental usually resulting in too much daytime television, Brittany Spears piped in pop music, and other environmental factors.
