I spied a new green alien-style cam in a crack too way wide for it, but it was also way too deep for me to retreive. I'm thinking for lack of a $5 tool, I'd have a new cam right now.

It's 24" long so I'd need to figure out a way to carry it without it being in the way...

I like the bailing wire idea; compact. I thought of the grabber tool because I used to have one for decades prior to me lending it out about 10 years ago and forgetting to whom.

This one I could not reach with a nut tool. Needed another 5 inches to touch it. Hahaha, no doubt it is still sitting there as we talk.

edit: Trained gerbils....I always have liked animals, in a plutonic sort of way.

Leash my nut tool! Never. My nut tool is always unleashed. We may be getting off topic here...

On the same route, one of our group took 10 min to score a purple friend.

Oh THAT.....I keep it leashed. You had me flashing back to my youth and a friends band known as the "Clam Brothers" who played rude grass. Not sure I can post any of their lyrics here....but their jams were incredible!
