Dean, do you know of any motel's/hotel's close by? Have several people that want to go and not make the drive back to SD late.

Definitely one of the best Dean presentations I have ever been to.

Driving from my little house in the country to LA was trippy. But John Long you were so right. We took a walk around Santa Monica next morning. Special little place in the middle of commuter hell.

Ha pretty funny Lynnie, appreciated Dave picking up the massive drink and food bill. I was broke...I forgot my wallet.

I and lots of us really appreciate the reportage, LL. You done good. Thank you!

Randisi, as to what's new about the book, it's the first time I've seen these photos blown up to such an extent, for one thing.
And it's impossible to say who's seen what during their careers, for another thing.

Good luck with the rest of the mini-tour, Bullwinkle.

WHO IS

THE SPECIAL GUEST??????

Thanks mouse, I'm still a reporter at heart and always will be. I have been praying for you and hope your health etc. is doing well. Cheers to you Friend!

Edit: Randisi, Yerian thinks they did a great job on the book and he's a super critic. Even forking out the dough to add to his climbing library.

So cool, Dean, to see all of this unfolding. So much tireless effort rewarded, and deeply appreciated...and not just on the West Coast. :)

Congrats to Dean and John on your book and tour, can't wait to get a copy. I'll be ordering one next week for my birthday. If I wait for my actual birthday I'm sure they'll be sold out by then.
