Sanders is the only one in the race that I don't see selling out.

even Donald agrees with Nature's bern man..

Bernie Sanders is being treated very badly by the Dems. The system is rigged against him. He should run as an independent! Run Bernie, run.

"The problem with Sanders remains... The American voter may be prepared to elect a woman but no way will they elect a socialist. Sorry. Its against the tenets of the American Religion."

The problem with Bernie is that he can't and hasn't carried the black and latino vote, young white voters with huge debt are his base, just the opposite of Trump. :-)

At this point I say f*#k off to Bernie, he is not a democrat, does nothing for democratic party and I'm sick and tired of him spewing the same old sh#t.

and young people and independents won't vote for Hillary.

you continue to state that Bernie cannot be elected yet every poll shows him with a better to much better chance of beating Drumpf. I see zero evidence for your assertion.

and so to that I say f*#k off to billary and the DNC. I'd rather have Drumpf as at least he'll be an awesome wrecking ball of the GOP. Of course he might take the entire planet with him so there's that minor issue.

Hillary supporters said the same thing about Obama and that was a much, much closer election. Granted, the petulance of Sanders supporters are making the Clinton camp's 2008 belly aching look pretty mature.

Nobody is trashing Sanders. Nobody. Sanders is the election's eccentric uncle that everybody thinks is kind of adorable. ED polls in May are completely, entirely and every way NOT predictive of November outcomes. Wait until everybody hears that Sanders' solution to every problem is "fix income inequality" and $1 billion is spent making sure everyone in America knows that his healthcare plan calls for a massive middle class tax hike. It's utter fantasy to think that those numbers are in any way reflective of how things would look 5 months from now.

It is a done deal with Clinton, she is winning by a large margin, didn't cheat to get them delegates and at this point it is time for Bernie to tone down.

Bernie is using the same rhetoric that Trump used, worked for Trump, not gonna work for Bernie.

This election is a circus. Have you ever seen a non-scripted circus? Of course not.

Donald isn't a "business man" nor is he a politician. He's an entertainer who peddles his own brand. Like all narcissists he likes to be the biggest and baddest clown in the center ring. If the crowds are laughing or crying or aghast in horror, Donald is happy simply because he's there and everyone is watching.

Donald is handing this silly WWF match to war-criminal Hillary on a silver platter. He has no intention of donning the chief-puppet threads. Why would he? Hillary desperately needs and wants the job, Trump has merely agreed to help her.

I'm just waiting for Hulk Hogan to tag in.

Are you not amused citizens!!!???

Democrats preaching "need to stop Trump" fail to see a mountain standing in front of them: what's so strange or upsetting about the fact that about half of the country is fed up with their rights being violated because they're told they always "owe" something, to some entitled groups (who don't deserve any), and all that while government is enforcing strictly one-sided PC BS? These are the things that need to be stopped.

That must be why he keeps winning primaries.

I tried to like Bernie, even as I knew I wouldn't vote for him. But in listening to his speeches, I have come to see him as an angry person, and I am becoming less sure he will support Hillary Clinton if she is determined to be the candidate. (OTOH, I can easily see HC being gracious and putting her support behind Sanders if he is chosen).

Last night I heard Sanders say that the "pundits" are saying he should remove himself from the race. Frankly, I have not EVER heard any news source say this. Only that he has a "nearly insurmountable obstacle." I do like the fact that Sanders wants to stay in to allow each state to cast their primary votes; I think that is a fair way to do things.

It's too bad, really, that "staying in" a race is so dependent on being able to finance the support. We wouldn't be stuck with DT as the sole GOP candidate, if that weren't the case.

As for DT being an "honest man," that is so blatantly, obviously offtrack I think it is a lost cause to suggest Klimmer, that you are viewing the situation with any sense of rationality.

Last night, in his interview, he said something like that if he didn't win the presidency, then he would consider the whole thing a complete "wasted of time, energy and money."

What a brazen lack of humility that statement shows. I would HOPE that attempting such a task(running for the president of the US) would give a person so many learning opportunities that it would provide them with fuel to grow in the years to come. I know that I personally use "lessons" and experiences from the past to help me navigate through the day on a regular basis.

So, DT is learning NOTHING from all this? Not learning that his big mouth is off-putting to large segments of society(beyond the US as well). Not seeing that Putin "likes him" because he is is entertained by his egotistical blindness? Not learning that he has NO CLUE WHATSOEVER with how to communicate with the Asian people he will be required to engage with? He actually believes he can "call China" and with "one phone call" have North Korea doing as he(DT, as president of the US) would like?

The man is beyond a buffoon, when it comes to political diplomacy. So far beyond that it is an embarrassment to our country on the world stage.

He will not be elected president. And I can imagine the after-election political cartoons will be quite interesting. It's kind of like, as an electorate, we have our finger poised on the "nuke button" and are deciding whether to annihilate the world(elect DT) or act with a modicum of sense (elect someone other than DT). It' kind of looking like the Cuban Missile Crisis in another form.

The only possible way God would use DT, as president of the US for his purposes is to create a catastrophe on the scale of the biblical flood. Maybe that IS God's plan - ever thought of THAT, Klimmer?

To sum it up, Sanders needs to -- must -- "stop Clinton" but Democrats overall need/must "stop Trump", or it WW3, end of the world, dig the bunker.

you continue to state that Bernie cannot be elected yet every poll shows him with a better to much better chance of beating Drumpf. I see zero evidence for your assertion.

Well, I did not make the assertion but I think I can add credibility to it

the fact that very few seem to recognize is that Bernie Sanders has not been "vetted"

he has not been under a microscope whereupon every little things he has ever said or done has been called into question

go ahead, google Bernie, read about his youth and memberships in what most everyone would call "communist" organizations

there is a reason he has never, ever, been a "Democratic" - because he is not one

he identifies rightfully as a Democratic Socialist and just last year registered as a Democrat so he could run as one in this election

consider that even his opponent Hillary Clinton hardly ever brings up his past and goes nowhere near what the Republicans would kill him with in negative advertising
IF HE WAS THE NOMINEE, and because they all knew he had no real chance why waste one dollar beating the hell out of Sanders, much better to go after Hillary

No serious, responsible, reasoning person can look at what Bernie is proposing and conclude that the Republican controlled House would vote yes on anything, and everyone knows this, except Bernie's uninformed, misinformed, adoring "fans"

don't get ME wrong, I like Bernie personally as a man, honest to a fault. well meaning and probably absolutely stunned to be where he is now - taken somewhat seriously
