Seriously and now.

So many years this 8th month has come and our friends have met with tragedy. It is the month where so many adventures are planned and taken and so much is expected.

I, as the ceremonial God Father of Texas Climbing, low as that may be appraised amongst Toparians, or what ever. I make this simple request.

BAN STUPID
MAKE THE INTELLIGENT CHOICE
COME BACK FROM YOUR ADVENTURE

And most of al tell us your stories.

To all, please watch over those next to you and nearby. Be your brother/sister's keeper and keep all those we love safe through this the month where us humans dare.

The Eyes of the Texas God Father are on you!
Watch you sh#t on all your belays, no Droppsies, and be intelligently bold!

Come home!
BAN the F*#KED UP August Stupid Fest!
Intervene, Change Fate. Take care of each other.
Whether they are climbing are not, dealing with life or not.
Best move in climbing is a good belay, a great spot or being there when the route is chosen.

Nice post Crump..I know the feeling with each season.

Take that extra moment to check yourself and your partners.

Wishing all a safe climb..always.

If your climbing friends give you schist about you checking their tie-in, anchors, rappel set-up, & every other thing that affects all of you, or any of you-------- and then asking them to check out your tie-in, anchors, rappel set-up------------

Do it anyway!

It's why they started calling me "Uncle Ray/Fritz"-------and we all like it.

And my climbing pals & I are still alive after 46 years of climbing!
