This is scary to say the least. Here's a blurb, and below is a link:

Visitors to Wyoming's renowned Yellowstone National Park could find themselves thrown in jail for simply taking a photograph without permission, according to critics of a statute signed into law by the Wyoming governor this spring.

I was wondering about this as well, but then again I'm no lawyer. But the big problem is what you said, interpreting is the keyword. There in lies the problem.

It's open to interpretation.
