It was right on in age-guessing on this one. About 50-50 correct guessing on a random sampling of photos off my hard drive.
And on another front:

Just did this one. Age guesses were 87, 73, 59, 55. Not saying who got assigned which age.
Has Eldridge Cleaver as 35 which I think is pretty close.

Don't fret. There is a very high variance at this state of development. It is frustrating that when it errs for me it's on the high side, whilst for my wife it's on the low side. On second thought she does look a lot better than me even to the untrained eye.

I don't know how far apart the faces need to be to get more than one recognized. It got a photo of me from around age four correct but couldn't recognize a face in my baby gorilla photo.
However, it's not all innocent fun like your led to believe:

I'm not a very smart guy, so I'm trying to figure this out....I looked at the thread title...does this mean that Microsoft software is the root cause of my facial aging? Now I'm ticked...I should have gone with Apple!

Do you know the new Samsung Smart tvs have built in cameras and microphones to watch and record your every move?
The easy solution is just to turn off the feature or the TV.

There are many here among us.
This is what is known as a "facial" in volleyball. I guess the Microsoft analog for us is getting hit squarely in the eye with their decrepit software.
Interestingly enough the software said it could not find a face in this one.

eKat I don't very often hear one I've never heard before ++. Ruby, my dog, that's her yonder left, always watches me, but I'm not too concerned.
See Barb'n it's not difficult to get smarter just hangin' on the Old ST.
#2 You could get some disguises down at the thrift store and get one of those voice scramblers they sell in the back of Mad Magazine
or
you could put a piece of black tape over the camera lens
or
you could take the TV back to the store where you bought it
Let's see if you can be smart enough to figure out how to defeat the audio part of the system.
BTW, your Samsung TV will probably stop working from failed (cheap) capacitors long before it get's a chance to record you or anyone else.

Heard about this on late night TV:
The NSA has some new software which will look at a picture and describe what is happening.
It does have some bugs to work out though.
They fed it a picture of Kim Kardashian and the software described it as:
"A women being followed by two butterball turkeys"

I did one of Goldie Hawn, a side by side, purporting to be before and after facial surgery. The software reported 76 and 47, which seemed reasonable.
These are a different set, just because I always liked Goldie.
Who cares how old she was.
