The climbing was fun and exciting...I love to rock climb. But hanging out with my family and friends was, by far, the best part of the trip. It was way way cool to spend the whole week with my family, without the interuptions of school, thai kwon do, basketball, church, track, homework, computer games, TV, etc......it was mega-awesome!. Swimming, meals, hikes, exploring, stories, card tricks, movies (HOME, and Furious 7), snacks, driving, singing, running, laughing, motels, arcades, shopping, observing,......lots going on besides the climbing. Once again;....I see just how damn lucky I am to have such a wonderful wife and kids and all the fantastic opportunites we have together........
The climbing was the extra bonus on this family vacation.
When we climbed, we got up between 4:30 and 5:30 each day to be back at our motel by 10 AM.
In a couple months, we will continue back on vacation with my family;...but this next time, it will be for months;..not just for a week!
Life is sweet!!!
