Hi guys and gals,
Long time, no post! How are you?
Just telling you that we have a brand new crag called Poog in Toledo, Cebu, Philippines.
Check out our blog post about the Poog crag.
Here's a photo of one of the climbing areas in the Poog crag.
Hope you could drop by and have some fun in our humble, new crag.

Thanks for well written blog post and good job developing the crag. Do you have links to other crags in the area so one could plan a complete holiday.
Thank you very much for the compliment. Yes, I have a link to Cantabaco, the first and premier rock climbing site in the Philippines. It's just 15 minutes away from Poog.

Then there's another gigantic crag we are developing at the north end of the island. The developers are not opening the crag yet, but I'll post updates once they give the go-signal to publish our blog post about that northern crag.

How warm is it there, out of curiosity? Too warm to do anything other than breathe, or is there a good cold wind?

Pretty much just breathe. I just spent three weeks there in the PI and came back to cool off and dry out at Castleton tower.

Gian...do you know Simon Sandoval? He's from Manila. He came to Yosemite a few years back and we did the Steck Salathe together....a couple of years later we climbed in the Black Canyon.
