I have officially fallen in love with Red Rock Canyon. I've been buried in snow for almost 3 months here on the east coast and Red Rock Canyon saved my sanity from not being outdoors. Here's a short vid from my trip:

Thanks 10b4Me, RR was amazing even though I only hit up a small fraction. I already have plans to head back and explore the other areas RR has to offer.

My first trip there was in 79.
Largo and Randy Granstaff gave us (Josh Crew, M&M, some others) a guided tour of all the test pieces of the time.

I couldn't believe how great the bouldering was, and went back a bunch of times.

I never saw those problems in the video, they look cool, and videography is top notch.

Largo told Randy that the Josh Crew could cruise all of hardest problems there at the time, just to F*#k with Randy, since he had developed the area and was very proud.
we did cruise them, all except the Indian Hands Arête or whatever it's called. Largo did the FA, and repeated it for us.
I guess that season at Josh had us well prepped for actual hands.
