Another trip around the sun, another year of experience tacked on the rest, building quite a resume, and some even say, "He's odd"....

We all have stories some of which can be shared here.
Happy Burthday Dick!

Happy B-day, Mr. Cilley. I once bought some gear from you back when you were The Merchant of Hidden Valley Campground. Good times.

Hey, Dude. Best of Birthdays to you. J. Woodward was just at the Casa and your name came up. All good of course. He too remembered your gear "flasher" coat in C-4.

Missed you at TPR this past summer. Hope life is more than great for you.

Cheers, Lynne

Under rocks that look unclimbed I always point out Dick Cilley sent it, happy B day

Younger climbers go check out this guys high ball Boulder problemz !
still some of the finest least try d least flashed problems.
Cilley Dickens is thin. a testament to the bouldering prowess of the old master.( who sent with out pads or tic marks or beta. often alone )

Not that there is any thing wrong with the safer new way, both are worthy,
to compare is cool.

Wow, is it that time of year again, Dick's birthday? Let me think, as I recall he's a yearish younger than me...I'm gonna go with 58. It's two(ish) years to 60, Dick. Not that I don't think you can do the math. Remember when we did the Steck-Salathe? Those were good times; you and George and Tom and Danny and Rob and Mike and sometimes Dean and sometimes Alan Chase and sometimes Rick Piggott and sometimes Yabo.
