Some of what Ron has posted recently makes me wonder if he is suffering from some kind of deteriorating mental condition. Compare his recent posts to those made several years ago. I hope he doesn't live alone and has people who can check up on him.
I'm serious about this and not trying to be insulting. I'm OK with him not being PC, being conservative, thinking differently and so on. People often accuse people who hurt their feelings and don't agree with their political viewpoints of being crazy. But there's more going on here. When I read some his posts I feel more concern for him more than any anger or disagreement.

I thought the state of Jefferson was also the state of Washington, the James Boys (Madison and Monroe) and John "His Accidency" Tyler.
President Tyler dedicated his last two years in office to the annexation of Texas.
Look out, Cuba. You could become just one more state whose name ends in the letter "a."
