I'm interested in the book but it doesn't come very cheap.
If someone read it already I'd love to hear her/his opinion.

I have it, it is well written and informative. Worth the money if you are interested in the topic IMO

Nothing new in the technical section. I liked his KISS approach.

The best chapter is on the mind games we play. A lot of the things that I struggle with he has captured really well so now I'm not the only one going through it! He provides good strategies to deal with stuff.

If you are interested in BW rope soloing this is a good buy.
